Interior & Exterior Door Specifications:
Doors are 1 3/4" Coped, Stile & Rail Construction, with 4" dowels.

Paint Grade:
Doors are available in Poplar or Maple with MDF panels, profiles sealed with polycrylic, sanded & primed before assembly. Doors are primed with an exterior white latex.

* Exterior paint grade doors in mahogany

Stain Grade Doors:
Custom & Premium grade are available in Stain Grade Poplar, Cherry, Hard Maple, Red Oak, White Oak, Mahogany, & Black Walnut.

Material is hand sorted and selected for assembly.

Panels above 7" in width may have one edge lamination.

Standard Specifications are included on shop drawings. Modifications of stile & rail sizes are required before placing the order. Shop drawings must have customer signature before production.

Standard Profiles of sticking & panel raise may be requested. Modification to profiles or new profiles may include an up charge.

Standard Prehang Specifications include: (Interior Doors)
- 3/4" x 4 7/8" matching flat jambs with attached stop
- 1 1/2 pair of 4" x 4" polished plated brass hinges / door
- jambs are labeled and knocked down for shipping
- no bore or interior casing included

Terms are 50% deposit with balance C.O.D.
